After the 15th, a late fee of $50
plus interest (18% APR) applies.
Installments must be received no later than
the 1st day of every quarter.
Assessment fees are now made
to the Managment Company:

PAYMENT OF YOUR ASSESMENTS:
You will soon be receiving your billing statement for the 4th quarter assesment dues. You will need your Account Number to access online payment portals or our "homeowner portal" on our community website.
For your protection we do NOT accept payments at our offices. Payment may be mailed to the address below,or may be made online on a one-time or on a recurring basis use the link below by clicking. check the "Ways to Pay" flyer for additional information that was mailed to you. You can elect to enroll in our Direct Debit program (at no additional cost) to ensure timely payment of your assesments.
ONLY if applicable: If your account is in collections with the Association's attorney, please continue to make paymenys directly to them.
