What you need to know:
Before starting any changes to your property you must notify the ARB Committee regarding what you would like to do in writing,
this is the purpose of the "ARB Application Form" and "Exhibits" being submitted. DO NOT start any work without ARB approval.

Getting started:
Write a cover letter describing your proposal including your contact information, attach the "ARB Application Form" completely filled out, and sign were indicated.
You need a copy of your plot attached also. Complete three copies of everything described on the form, one for yourself (to be returned) and two for the ARB Committee.
   STEP TWO    

Complete ARB Application Form
with Exhibits attached if required.
